What is it? The page in an insurance policy that contains all, or almost all, of the policy information specific to that particular insurance policy. The declaration page typically includes the name of the insured, the identification of the insured property, the amount of the insurance coverage, the expiration date of the policy, and the name of any lender with an interest in the insured property.
